Summary:
The Interim Quality Nurse Consultant provides expertise in clinical quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, risk management, and infection prevention. This role analyzes quality data, leads quality improvement and corrective action efforts, and applies skills in process mapping, project management, risk assessment, and CQI methodologies. Serves as a subject matter expert while collaborating with stakeholders and providing education, coaching, and training.
Essential Functions:
Provides consultation and education on clinical quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, risk management, and infection prevention.
Supports evidence-based programs, survey readiness, and regulatory compliance.
Collects, analyzes, and presents quality data for internal and external stakeholders.
Leads quality improvement, corrective action planning, and risk mitigation efforts.
Monitors performance metrics and uses data-driven methods, including Lean/Six Sigma.
Serves as a subject matter expert on quality standards, policies, audits, and compliance.
Builds collaboration, supports stakeholder development, and provides coaching and training.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. Experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
Registered Nurse in California required.
BLS Certification required.
Experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports required.
Experience with databases and spreadsheets to continuous quality improvement (CQI) tools required.
Experience in a clinical setting or nursing experience in cardiovascular spaces such as ED, ICU, health care administration required.

Essential Functions:

Manages and resolves human resource, employee and department safety, and risk management issues.
Qualifications:
BSN or BA in health care related field strongly preferred. Masters degree preferred.
Current California RN license required.
CPR certificate required.
Extensive nursing experience in both patient care and management/leadership roles required (around 5 years).
Previous supervisory experience required (around 4 years).
Knowledge of Nurse Practice Act, The Joint Commission, and other local, state, federal regulations required.
Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication skills required.

Develops stakeholder development and quality performance review processes by: developing and improving the utilization and performance reviews processes by utilizing multidisciplinary criteria and guidelines, and takes a systematic approach to quality improvement; identifying performance areas of improvement for at the program, provides feedback and coaching as needed, and develops a corrective plan; presenting performance review reports at the program level to department managers; and developing the curriculum for training and educational programs related to process improvement for quality improvement programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum three (3) years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports. Minimum two (2) years of experience with databases and spreadsheets or continuous quality improvement (CQI) tools. Minimum four (4) years of experience in clinical setting, health care administration, or a directly
related field. Summary:
The Clinical Trials Nurse I (CTN-1) is a novice level position which, under the guidance and supervision of the Principal Investigator (PI) and clinical trials administrative management, assists in ensuring that the integrity and quality of the clinical trial (s) are maintained and conducted in accordance with federal, state and local regulations, Institutional Review Board (IRB) approvals, and the organizations policies and procedures. With direction from the PI, this position coordinates research activities. This position is also responsible for protecting the health, safety, and welfare of research participants.

Qualifications:
Minimum of a diploma from an accredited nursing school required.

Clinical Research Professional Certificate within 12 months of hire from Society of Clinical Research Associates OR Clinical Research Associate Certificate within 12 months of hire from The Association of Clinical Research Professionals.
Registered Nurse License (California) required.

HCEPInc is seeking a skilled Locum Tenens Urology Physician to support an established and growing urology program in Kansas. This opportunity offers a balanced mix of clinic and operating room responsibilities while working alongside an experienced team of urology providers in a collaborative practice environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience performing robotic-assisted urology procedures, preferably utilizing the da Vinci Xi Surgical System. Experience with pelvic floor reconstruction is highly desired. The facility is open to reviewing candidates with varying levels of procedural experience and may consider multiple providers to support ongoing coverage needs.
Essential Functions:
Provide comprehensive urology care in both clinic and surgical settings
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide range of urologic conditions
Perform surgical procedures and participate in operating room coverage
Manage approximately 25-30 clinic patients per clinic day
Perform approximately 5-6 surgical cases per operating room day
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and ancillary departments to ensure quality patient care
Document patient encounters, treatment plans, and procedural outcomes accurately and timely
Maintain compliance with facility policies, medical staff bylaws, and applicable regulatory requirements
Participate in care planning and treatment discussions to support positive patient outcomes
Support continuity of care within an established and highly collaborative urology program
Practice Setting:
Established urology practice with both clinic and operating room responsibilities
Typical schedule consists of approximately three clinic days and two operating room days per week
Clinic conveniently located near the hospital campus
