Healthcare Executive Placements, Inc. (HCEPInc) is seeking a Contract Physical Therapist (PT) for a W2 Contract position based in Los Angeles, CA.
Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday, standard business hours
Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks (possibility of extending)
Compensation:
This position offers an hourly rate of $45 to $55 per hour, which equates to $1,800 to $2,200 per week (based on a 5-day / 40-hour workweek).
Total Weekly Compensation: Between $1,800 to $2,200 per week

Summary:
Provides skilled physical therapy services in an outpatient setting, specializing in pelvic floor rehabilitation while also treating a broad orthopedic patient population. Delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and clinical standards of practice.
Essential Functions:
Evaluates and treats patients with pelvic floor dysfunction in an outpatient setting.
Provides orthopedic physical therapy services for a variety of conditions including strains, injuries, post-operative joint surgeries and replacements, repetitive use injuries, gait impairments, and post-stroke rehabilitation.
Develops and implements individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and physician referrals.
Performs therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, gait training, and functional mobility interventions.
Monitors patient progress and modifies treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
Educates patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
Maintains accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
Maintains compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license required.
Experience as an outpatient pelvic floor physical therapist required.
Outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience required.
Strong clinical skills in manual therapy and functional rehabilitation preferred.
Ability to manage a diverse outpatient caseload including orthopedic, neurologic, and post-surgical patients.
